Erasmus+ project “Darkness and Night Sky

At the end of July, the launch of a new ERASMUS+ project took place during this year’s Full Dome Festival in Brno. The planetarium in Brno had successfully submitted the project “Astronomers warn – sufficient but not redundant light” to the EU in 2020. The Society of Austrian Planetariums was invited to participate in the project and to develop a new planetarium production on the theme of “Darkness and the Dark Night Sky” together with planetariums in the Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and Romania. Peter Habison, as chairman of the GÖP, will accompany the project together with Cornelia Faustmann and report on the progress and current status of the work on this page.
